Our mission is to be the best heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration service company in the eyes of our customers and our employees.

We will accomplish this by providing our customers with great customer service, and highly skilled and trained service technicians.  We will provide our employees with top of the industry training, compensation, and benifits as well as a fun and enjoyable working environment.

Who We Are

Started in 1964 by Lester Atchue, Lester's Refrigeration, Inc. is a locally owned business located in West Boylston, MA, just north of Worcester.

We currently run five service vans with a service technician available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Our technicians are very experienced, with an average of 23 years in the field.  They also participate in extensive continuing education and training.
